Back- Do I need to download any special software to use Motionbox?
No. Motionbox is entirely Web-based. All you need to get started is a computer with a high-speed (56k or higher) connection to the Internet and Adobe Flash Player. If you don’t have the latest version of Flash, you can get it for free from the Adobe website.
Back- What kind of web browser should I use to surf Motionbox?
We’re currently compatible with the following browsers:
- Windows: Internet Explorer (version 6.0 and up, version 7 recommended), and Firefox (version 1.0 and up.)
- Macintosh: Safari (version 1.2 and up), and Firefox (version 1.0 and up.)
Make sure you have the latest version of your browser to guarantee compatibility.

Motionbox currently works with Windows 98 and up, as well as Mac OS X.
Back- What are tags and why should videos have them?
Tags are keywords that you can attach to your videos. You can make them up or use tags that other people have already used. This makes it easy for people to find stuff that appeals to them in your videos.
For example, you might tag your latest vacation video with the keywords: safari Namibia Africa 2006.
